Application for observing time at ASV for the 1. Observational Semester in 2025.

Important:

  1. Applications are sent through electronic form.
  2. The form will be closed on October 31th, 2024 at 23:59 (CEST or UTC+1) and subsequent applications will not be considered.
  3. Observational Semester (OS) is a time period of the year lasts six calendar months. The first OS starts on January 1th.
  4. Observational Cycle (OC) is a moon phase cycle related time period in which the telescopes are available for observations. The OC is a period of 21 days which includes new moon phase.
  5. The maximum number of observing nights per Application per telescope in OC is limited to 5 (five).

Closing remarks!
1. Once you click submit button, you will see notification that your application has been accepted and you will have option to print confirmation letter or send pdf with confirmation to your email. We advise you to do one of the two options for the proof that you submitted application on time.
2. Whenever you use observational data from ASV don't forget to put proper acknowledgement in your paper:
